Without business license one cant practice any beauty services which comes under any license. Its a Must to apply and posses this license.

Any business owner could apply this license as long as they have licensed technicians to perform beauty services.
owner does not require license if he is not practicing services. You cont practice beauty services like threading, waxing or facials under some one’s license that would be illigal.
As long as you have a lease and a licensed technician then you are eligible to get the business license weather it is Cosmetology, Esthetician or Massage license.
